Heart seals the deal

A headteacher told Canadian governor-general Michaelle Jean she was a "true educator" because she ate seal heart. Brian Manning, of Qarmartalik High, which is inside the Arctic Circle, praised Jean's respect for Inuit culture. But Jean, who is the Queen's representative in Canada, has come under fire from animal-rights groups.
