JUST days after the Italian education ministry issued a circular urging schools to take steps to reduce the weight of pupils' schoolbags, a 13-year-old boy fell to his death from the second floor of a school in Naples. Police said he was pulled down by the weight of his bag when he was leaning over a balcony.
