High response to curriculum review

25th March 2011 at 00:00

The Department for Education's curriculum review has attracted 2,200 responses following a call for evidence in January. The review will look at the core subjects of English, maths and science, while also producing a slimmed-down programme of study in physical education. The revised curriculum is expected to be available to schools by September 2012, with new content for every subject being available a year later.
