Hold the THE, this is a paper for teachers
The TES published 14 letters on October 15, but only six were from primary, secondary or further education teachers. Some 60 per cent were from "educational others". Clearly this latter group should be directing their letters to the THE magazine, and thus leave room for the voices or ordinary teachers and a wider educational perspective. The TES is slowly becoming The THE.
