TEACHERS are being lured to Hull with the offer of two years' free housing. The education authority, which has some of the worst results in the country, wants to recruit 23 new teachers to help reduce infant class sizes, in line with government policy. Successful applicants will be offered homes at Bransholme, Europe's biggest housing estate.
