ITALY Help is at hand for children with homework problems - at the end of a telephone chat line. The service, SOS Scuola, is intended for lower secondary pupils and is limited to maths, Italian and languages. It currently shares the same code as erotic phone lines, and costs Pounds 1 a minute, but its founder, Mario De Feo, hopes to get a more respectable line soon.
