ICT equipment up for grabs

Time Computers is giving schools free equipment if they sign up enough parents to new family Internet service provider Supanet. The service, which claims to have more than 300,000 subscribers already, is offering 10 primaries pound;10,000 worth and four secondaries pound;100,000 worth of free equipment if they are chosen as "supaschools". Supanet is a secure Internet environment for families with conten from AngliaCampus. Hope Education is also offering a "free" Internet service that can help schools generate funds by selling accounts to parents at pound;1 a time and by the length of time subscribers stay online. Like Supanet, Hope Education offers a secure service as well as free online storage space and additional email addresses.
