Technology on tape

A series of online videos looking at innovative uses of technology in schools has been put together by Naace, the association for ICT teachers. The half-hour programme consists of five episodes, each looking at a different aspect of technology. This is the second series of videos released by Naace, and looks at learning platforms in two Stoke schools, St Peter's High School and Sandford Hill Primary. For details, visit www.naace.co.uk.

ICT's effect on behaviour

Five one-day conferences will look at the influence of ICT on behaviour. The conferences feature speakers and exhibitions of good practice, and have been organised by Lima Publishing, publishers of consumer magazine ICT for Education. The first one will take place in Belfast on June 4, with subsequent events in Birmingham on July 2, Brighton on September 17, Manchester on October 15 and Bristol on November 5. Develop your expertise

A one-day Naace course aims to help develop ICT expertise in schools. It has been designed for consultants working with schools going for ICT Mark accreditation, an award run by schools' technology agency Becta to recognise a commitment to effective use of technology in schools. The course takes place on June 23 in Nottingham. For details, visit www.naace.co.uk.
