One in Five, a video produced by Birmingham City Council, gives parents step-by-step guidance on how to identify children with SEN, work with teachers to set realistic targets for them, and give them extra support at home. BBC Radio 4's Education Matters will review the video on November 6, 11pm, and examine whether enough is being done to help the one in five children who require educational support.
