A director has been appointed to lead Scotland's Colleges Inter-national, set up last year to win overseas business for the sector. Graham Keith, who has chaired the board at Clydebank College for the past three years, has held senior management posts in companies such as ICI, Christian Salvesen and Aggreko. He also worked in Lithuania on an EU business development programme.
