(Photograph) - It's a beautiful life: World Cup fever at Cogan primary school in Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, has scored a hit with Estyn inspectors, which awarded it seven grade 1s - the first primary in the county to sweep the board. Pupils are described as "well-behaved, polite, happy and confident", while head Anne Bowsher was praised for her guidance, awareness and leadership skills.
