"Make it at the Met" screams the new slogan to promote Glasgow Metropolitan College, the fusion of Glasgow College of Building and Printing and Glasgow College of Food Technology.

There's also a variation of the theme with "I made it at the Met" endorsements, which is pretty good since the college has only just emerged.

But at least no one is now asking why the Met office has taken over two Glasgow colleges or why the Met polis is buying in training courses in Cathedral Street - yet.
