Almost all of the 27 reports on primaries and secondaries released this week by HMIE confirm the good work going on (see page four). Only Kilmuir primary on Skye stands out as a cause for concern, with leadership described as unsatisfactory. The split sites of Madras College in St Andrews come in for heavy criticism.
