Key in a 2 per cent increase

SCHOOL spending on computer software and services will rise only 2 per cent a year over the next three years, according to market experts Ovum Holway.

However, public-sector spending on ICT is expected to grow at 30 times the private-sector rate, especially in health and criminal justice.
