Killjoys condemn play outdoors

CHILDREN are being prevented from playing outdoors by adults who think they are too noisy, research from The Children's Society shows. Eighty per cent of the 2,600 children questioned said they had been told off. One eight-year-old girl in West Somerset was stopped cycling down her street because a neighbour complained the wheels squeaked.
