Labour markets lagging

Developed countries will lose about 30 million jobs by the end of 2010, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development said last week. Labour markets lag the recovery in economic output, which the OECD expects to start recovering later this year or early 2010 while unemployment stays high.
