* It's amazing how an LEA like Kent can shoot itself in the foot so easily.

Respected for its advanced attitude to technology, Kent is undermining all that by introducing stingy charges for using PCs in libraries. Even Maidstone Chamber of Commerce is appalled: "The discriminatory nature of this move would primarily affect those unable to pay for access." Quite.
