Learning and Teaching Scotland, which will combine the educational technology and curriculum councils from July 1, is to be chaired by Professor Tom Wilson, chairman of the Glasgow Tele-colleges Network an current chairman of the Scottish Council for Educational Technology. The chief executive will be Mike Baughan who holds the same position at the Scottish Consultative Council on the Curriculum.
