Legal threat to PE teachers

PE TEACHERS are increasingly likely to be sued over sports-related injuries, a conference of sports staff was told last week. Caroline Law, a Leeds sports law specialist, said tha staff who took on the dual role of coach and referee were particularly at risk. She said many injuries once seen as "part and parcel of the game" now prompted claims.
