2003: teachers likely to get 2.9 per cent. Yes, but the cost and effect of that deal will be considerably more.

Many teachers - particularly at the lower end of the pay scale - will also get an experience point which will raise their pay considerably.

In some casees this experience point raise is automatic, regardless of whether the experience gained has been positive or negative!
