Lord Winston on laws of life and death

Professor and broadcaster Lord Winston has given a talk to 160 GCSE and A-level students on ethical issues concerning the beginning and end of life. The speech, held in the House of Lords, considered the moral challenges politicians face when legislating in areas including IVF and assisted dying. The address was part of the Lords' outreach programme, in which peers visit schools to get pupils thinking about a range of topical issues.
