SO the Government thinks publicising that the average age for losing one's virginity, 16 (boys) and 17 (girls), will help the message.

I can see the news: "Boys lose virginity at earliest possible legal age.

"However a girl representative said: 'Althoughinitially disappointed at the results, girls are hoping for a big improvement in losing virginity earlier in future years now we have a specific target to beat. After all, who wants to be later than average?'"
