Make an example of them all

TWO problems which beset education - the resignation of superheads and differential pay - could be solved by adopting the method of teaching by example.

Office for Standards in Education inspectors, who appear to have all the answers, could take over failng schools.

And Mr Blunkett could encourage all MPs to adopt differential pay based on such things as attendance in the House and the number of Private Members Bills pushed through.
