Make tracks for France

26th March 2004 at 00:00
April marks the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Entente Cordiale between Britain and France, which officially put an end to centuries of scrapping. To celebrate, Eurostar is launching its biggest cross-Channel schools offer. Any group of at least 10 (but not more than 99) 11 to 21-year-olds can take a day trip by Eurostar to Calais, Lille or Paris for just pound;29 each return from London or Ashford. The fare also applies to teachers and other adult supervisors accompanying a group. The offer is available every day from March 30 to December 20, 2004, except Fridays and Sundays. Eurostar group bookings: 0870 600 0777; www.eurostar.com.
