The Medical Research Council has collaborated with teachers to produce a set of free post-16 research updates and accompanying teachers' notes on: getting blood out of a test tube; contraception beyond the year 2000; cystic fibrosis: the quest for a cure; engineering antibodies; and a new role for aspirin. Published by Industry Supports Education, the materials have been mailed to thousands of schools and colleges.
