Mice run for cover

A special school that received an outstanding report from Ofsted closed this week owing to an infestation of mice. Howard Jones, head of Forest Community Special School in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, said clothing and food had been chewed. "We are in a rural setting among many natural habitats. Unfortunately mice see us as a nice hotel for the winter."
