Mike Clegg: an apology;FE Focus;Correction

Last week The TES reported that Mike Clegg, principal of Preston College, had resisted elections for a new board of the Association of Colleges. This was incorrect.

Mr Clegg had made his views well known that new elections were necessary, and subsequently polled the highest number of votes among principals. We apologise for the error.
