Miller time

David Miller, who chairs both the Scottish Examination Board and the Scottish Vocational Education Council, has been appointed chairman of the new Scottish Qualifications Authority which takes over on April 1.

Mr Miller, aged 61, is also chairman of Stirling University Court, and continues his business career as chairman of Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries.
