More than 15,000 of Wales's 38,000 teachers have so far benefited from the Assembly government's continuing professional development programme, established four years ago. The CPD scheme, administered by the General Teaching Council for Wales, is to spend pound;100,000 this year disseminating projects to teachers across the country.
