Former colleagues of education minister Estelle Morris at Sidney Stringer community school have accused her of "selling out" over her plans to reform teachers' pay.

Joan Ivens, Coventry divisional secretary, said the teachers at the city school have overwhelmingly rejected the Green Paper's performance-related pay proposals.
