London's Science Museum offers sessions for students and teachers. Coming events include Primary Science Day - a taster for teachers - November 3 (Pounds 40) and Museums through the Internet for all teachers, October 9 (Pounds 40). For key stage 3 and 4, there is a theme week on visible light and the electromagnetic spectrum, December 9-12 (Pounds 1), and Throwing Light on Modern Medicine, November 18 (free).
