(Photograph) - New horizons: the STEPahead careers and training shop on Aberdeen's Union Street, run by Grampian Enterprise, is to be one of the network of new learning centres. It already acts as a contact point to give skills advice to employers as well as to individuals aged over 18. An online cost of pound;2 for 30 minutes buys Internet access to multimedia resources ranging from use of the Internet to talking a foreign language.
