Science

- Transform your school into an Arctic base camp with Digital Explorer's Polar Challenge. Pupils take part in expedition training and experiments, and share their experiences with a wider audience, studying the work of polar scientists. See: oceans.digital explorer.com

History

- Teachers can attend workshops to inspire ideas for Holocaust commemoration and education this autumn. Organised the by the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust, workshops take place in September and October. Teachers will be given guidance on planning activities for the next Holocaust Day (27 January), the theme of which is Communities Together: Build a Bridge.
