Get P1-2 pupils interested in improving their surroundings with this interactive TESiboard game fixupthepark in which they have to tidy up a virtual park. The class must select the appropriate tool from a menu and deal with problems, from a broken bench to graffiti on a wall.


Comenius has shared six weeks of cross-curricular planning for working with early primary pupils on Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. The materials link literacy and numeracy and offer help with topic planning.


A maths game from rhian18 helps pupils to practise subtraction. One version is for pupils of a higher ability to subtract numbers up to 20, and the other helps lower-ability pupils to subtract up to 12. The key word is "take-away".
