No such thing as a free education

JOB DETAILS I received recently from a school sporting the award "Investors in People" places the subject "Child development" not in its faculty of physical and human studies but in the faculty of art, design and technology - alongside busness studies, information technology, home economics and manufacturing.

I know that children can sometimes behave like monsters, but they're still human.
