Not as nice as pie

A student who won a charity contest to throw a pie in his principal's face has been expelled - because he threw it too hard. The 15-year-old boy, who has not been named, may also face criminal charges after the incident at Danbury high school, Ohio. The principal's complaint has been referred to prosecutors. Danbury township police chief Mike Meisler said. "It wasn't just a toss. He smashed the pie in her face."
