Not so Neet

It's not just the Scottish Government that wants to ban the term "Neet" for those not in education, employment or training. Welsh education minister Leighton Andrews said such labelling of the 13 per cent of the principality's 16 to 18 year-olds who are in this category was not helpful. But David Reynolds, who has advised the Assembly Government, branded his views as "a bit silly."
