Students from six schools are due to go on a 10-day tour of Pakistan in October as winners of the "Experience Pakistan Project 2003", in which entrants had to choose a research theme and present their findings in a multimedia presentation. The project aims to generate interest in Pakistan and promote understanding, tolerance and harmony in Britain. It is sponsored by the Akhter Education Trust, a subsidiary of Akhter Computers Limited. Schools should register for the 2004 competition by October 21 and submit presentations by mid-February.
