Ofsted lauds the very best

The Office for Standards in Education has named the top schools and colleges with the best inspection reports over the past 12 years. Since the watchdog was set up in 1992, 234 schools were rated as "outstanding" twice and have been singled out for particular praise by the chief inspector, David Bell.
