Ofsted still dogged by assessment ills

So Sunita Grigg doubts Mike Kent's claim that there are Ofsted inspectors who do not have relevant experience of the sector they are inspecting (Letters, December 11)? In German, heft is an exercise book and buch is a printed book. It's one of the first things you learn in Year 7. In my sixth-form lesson, someone got it wrong: the specialist languages inspector.
