Osler makes a comeback

Douglas Osler, the former head of the education inspectorate, is to be a visiting professor in Strathclyde University's faculty of education, concentrating mainly on education for work and enterprise - a subject with which he has long been associated. He has also agreed to act as an adviser to the British Council.
