(Photograph) - THE much-loved otter was nearly extinct in most of Britain during the 1970s but is now making a gradual return to the nation's rivers and coasts. TES Primary magazine brings the story of this sleek and secretive creature in this month's issue. In part 3 of ts WorldWatch wildlife poster series, it gives teachers background information and teaching ideas about otters and their habitats. The magazine also features articles on space, Latin and lunchboxes. TES Primary's June issue is out now, price pound;2 from newsagents.
