Planet Science has something for everyone, whether they are pupils, parents or teachers in primary or secondary school, says Katie Walsh of the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, which manages and funds the project.

"Planet Science is jam-packed full of ideas, activities, resources, features, games, links, careers info and much more. It is totally free, top quality and highly scientifically reliable. Most of all it's a lot of fun and very inspiring.

"We will be offering a tour of the site and free posters to help spread the word on the school grapevine."
