The overpaid, the underpaid ... and the totally unpaid

The hypocrisy is that these greedy people at the top of the paylist are the ones who keep telling us at the bottom how education is a vocation and the money does not matter. I heard at a meeting the other day that around a third of the whole education budget does not reach schools, colleges or anyone at the chalkface - all of this money is spent on people watching or "advising" us in schools. Can you imagine the individual tuition, small class sizes, specialist teachers and resources we could buy for that?
