Our exclusive a fortnight ago about reorganisation in Glasgow brought an instant response. Ken Corsar, the city's director of education, fired off a fax to schools first thing on Monday, instructing teachers to disregard possible hit lists of schools. One worried head was not convinced. "It's like the football chairman telling the manager he has his full confidence."
