Paper victory

17th November 2000 at 00:00
UNLIKE your correspondent John Hufferdine (TES, November 10), next term I intend to order many copies of the Daily Telegraph. It will be a delight to use certain pages from this newspaper to spread on the children's tables for painting, to pulp into papier mache andfor wiping the mud from football boots after games lessons.

It has been a long time since I have seen the whole staff smile for such a long period.
