Parents' evening on England match day

9th June 2006 at 01:00
Scaryfairy: What do you reckon the chances are that SMT will change the date? I had an afternoon in the pub planned for England v Trinidad and Tobago!

Pink obit: You could suggest that parents are less likely to turn up and it'd be more productive to reschedule, for the benefit of students and carers.

RKM: At my last school they had a screen up to show the match. It was a Year 7 parents' evening and a Year 6 intake evening, so we gave parents the opportunity to keep an eye on the score as well.
