Pens ready for the resurrected pub quiz

20th February 2009 at 00:00

Our school has over the past year or so religiously held a very competitive staffroom quiz. It kept some staff sane and keen to last the week out. But to our dismay, in last week's publication we could not find the Pub Quiz.

You can imagine the turmoil and deep disappointment that was felt among our staff, especially as our part of Cumbria didn't even have a flake of snow to warrant a day off! Should this happen again, could you please contact me so I can let the teams down gently?

Victoria Evans, Quiz master, Barrow Island Community Primary School, Cumbria.
