2nd February 1996 at 00:00
The only horde of pirate treasure still intact is on show at Edinburgh's City Arts Centre until 12 May. Recovered from the sea off the Massachusetts coast in 1985, it is part of an exhibition, "Quest For A Pirate", about Sam Bellamy - known as Black Bellamy - who plundered the Caribbean until his galleon sank in the early l8th century.
