Plunder from life

28th November 2003 at 00:00
Everyday items ranging from a plane ticket to magazines feature in an exhibition now open at the DCA (Dundee Contemporary Arts gallery), which offers a fresh look at collage.

The show, entitled Plunder, brings together work from more than 30 artists. Familiar products of our culture, including items from the 1920s to the present day, appear cut from their original source and reused, reshaped and redefined in the new works.

The exhibition is open until January 11. For further information, tel 01382 909900.
